Fundraising Meeting This Thursday 11-21 7pm

Greetings Families,

We will have a Fundraising meeting this Thursday the 21st @ 7:00 pm in the choir room. Please bring your ideas and suggestions to share and discuss. We have the possibility of Disneyland, Winter Percussion and beyond.

10:45-Arrival for packing (Parents are welcome to help)

11:45-Rest of the group arrival

12:00-Depart for Lincoln High School-6844 Alexandria Pl, Stockton, CA 95207

1:00-Unpack & Set-up Props

2:30-Senior Dinner!

3:30-Dress in uniforms and carry cloaks

4:00-4:30-Marching Rehearsal 

4:30-5:00-Music Rehearsal

5:35-5:45-Break

5:45-Warm Up Area

6:05-6:15-Pick up Props and move to gate (make sure the props are in the correct order)

6:15-Travel to Stand By

6:30-Report to Gate

6:45-Perform

7:15-Change out of uniforms and pack the trailers (Parents are welcome to help)

8:30-Watch other bands

10:30-11:00-Awards

11:15-Load the cars and depart for BVHS

12:30-Return to BV to unpack the trailers (Parents are welcome to help)
