11:45: Full Band & Color Guard arrival
12:00: Depart for Del Oro High School-3301 Taylor Rd, Loomis CA 95650
12:45-1:45 Unpack trailers and set-up props
1:45-2:30: Marching Rehearsal
2:30-3:30 Dinner
3:30-400: Dress in uniforms (without cloaks)
4:00-4:45: Warm-up & Tune
4:45-5:10: Put on cloaks & Get props ready for stand-by area (two different sides for this show)
5:10-5:55: Warm-up Area
6:05pm: Standby Area
6:15pm: Perform
6:30pm: Return equipment to trailers/Change out of uniforms and pack trailers
7:30pm: Watch other groups
10:00pm: Awards
10:45-Depart for Bella Vista
11:30-Unpack the trailers
