Greetings Families,
It's fireworks booth time. Please find below the sign up information.
We are moving forward with opening the booth as all current indications say we can operate one.
We will have masks available for volunteers and social distancing will be used as best we can in our very large booth.
This year the booth is especially important to have fully staffed and running for maximum sales. In these continuing uncertain times, we need to take full advantage of the fundraising opportunity. We lost out on concerts, the 4th of July parade and the Car Show and Community Show are still not verified. It's difficult to go into all the "what ifs" right now but if we lose even more fundraising, well, I'm sure you all understand.
If you're not familiar, we split the profit 50/50 and divide the volunteer half amongst the volunteers per their hours worked to be used toward student contributions.
Only two shifts can be reserved the first week to allow everyone an opportunity to sign up and the second week is fully open for anyone.
Please note: If "for any reason" the monies earned working the booth are not used for your students contributions, the monies earned go Directly to the General Fund.
Thank you,
Brett Taylor
