Tour Company Update Regarding Refunds for Disneyland

Please read below from Tom Sanchez, President of Champion Tours:

Hi Bella Vista families,

I hope you are all staying safe during this unprecedented time. I have discussed your Disneyland Trip with Mr. Moore and at this time the trip has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled. Due to furloughs with hotels and theme parks and events planned we are not able to get in touch with vendors regarding the cancellation. At this time, I am able to provide refunds of all monies paid except for $75 per person and the bank fee (4% for those of you who have paid via credit card). In order for me to process your refunds please provide the following information via email and I will begin the refund process.

 Name of Student or Individually traveling (name on the reservation)

  • Name to Make check payable and physical mailing address to mail the payment. (required to all refunds)

  • For those of you who paid via credit card, I will try to submit the refund to your card. However, keep in mind that if the original payment is over 3 months old, they will not allow me to refund to the card. The bank fees will also not be refunded.

 Thank you and  will process these payments as quickly as possible as I realize so many families across the country are having difficult financial situations.
