Raleys Cards and Scrip-On-Hand (SOH) are simple fund raisers that actually cost you nothing to participate in. SOH is and extension of Scrip, please click on the "Scrip Information" tab to find out how Scrip works.
When can you pick yours up? Wednesday Sept 1st 15 minutes before and after the scheduled band practice end time (that's a 30 minute window, Please Note: I do believe I heard Wed. Band practice is now from 3-6pm). Hope-Scrip Coordinator will be sitting outside by the band room (inside if the weather is bad). Look for the sign that says: "Scrip Here".
Scrip-On-Hand (SOH): If you missed the order date please check out the List of Gift Cards I have available now by CLICKING on the "Read More" tab here. Contact me if you want to reserve cards (that is usually the best way) or come see me on the day I have scheduled to be at the band room.

Order Due Dates:New Dates: 2nd &16th of each month. Help me by, sending me an e-mail when you are sending in a scrip order and I will confirm receiving your order. This includes orders placed on line. If I Do Not Receive any e-mails alerting me to someone placing an order I do not look for the order. Student Account Earnings: Aug-Oct: 100%; Nov-July: 50% student/50% BVBB
Check Payments: Write checks out to BVBB (short for Bella Vista Band Boosters). On memo line put student's first & last name and note what the check is for...in this case Scrip. This is common practice for check payments toward any band related fundraiser.

I need a Card: Get a Raley's Quality of Life Card and earn $ for your student's account & for BVBB while you shop at Raley's. Get a card for friends and relatives and have them earn $ for your students account & for BVBB. How? Get a card from contact person listed here, register it on-line following the easy instructions provided.
I already have a Card: Go to raleys.com; click "About Us"; click on the "Quality of Life Card"; click on "Select our scrip program"; log in and you will see a tab offering you the opportunity to change where you want your contributions to go. After that please send the coordinator your card number and students name so your contributions can be alloted to your student's account.
What Now: Take your card with you each time you shop at Raley's. You must have your card with you when you check out so they may swipe and record your earnings. How much do I earn: Get full details on their website but in a nutshell, Raley's tiered Contribution Structure is as follows:
- 1% on monthly purchases up to $300
- 2% on monthly purchases between $300 to $500
- 3% on monthly purchases between $500 to $600
- 4% on monthly purchases over $600 When do my earnings post on student account: A check is sent to BVBB quarterly (Jan/Feb/Mar; Apr/May/Jun; Jul/Aug/Sep; Oct/Nov/Dec) . The BVBB coordinator will record each participants monthly earnings once the check is received (mid-Apr; Jul; Oct; Jan). These quarter earnings will then be sent to BVBB treasurer for recording. Earnings: 50% student/50% BVBB Jan-July & Nov-Dec; 100% student Aug/Sep/Oct
