What is this? Scrip-On-Hand (SOH) are gift cards BVBB has on hand and is a simple fundraisers that actually cost you nothing to participate in. Buy a card for $10 and get a card with $10 purchase power, the merchants then give a % of the cost to the BVBB as a donation in the form of rebates. Rebates earned from SOH go 100% into your student account. When can you pick yours up? Option 1: E-mail me and request gift cards from SOH and meet me by the band room after Practices or Band Events. Try to give me 24 hours notice, okay. Option 2: e-mail and we can set up a meeting. E-mail mailing List: become a part of Edith's reminders and last minute info. Request to be put on the reminder list for scrip by contacting Hope via her e-mail! This includes orders placed on line. Check Payments: Write checks out to BVBB (short for Bella Vista Band Boosters). On memo line put student's first & last name and note what the check is for...in this case Scrip. This is common practice for check payments toward any band related fundraiser. Place Order NOW 3 easy ways: 1) Go the old-fashioned way using the paper order form, writing a check then "DROP OFF" your Order with Payments in the Scrip Mailbox on Mr. Moore’s office door preferably in a seal envelope with Attention: Scrip Order written on the front! Scrip Mailbox also has order forms on hand. 2) Semi-modern. To access an updated order form in Mirosoft Excel click here: files/Scrip order form 7_25_10.pdf, save it to your personal files, fill it out and e-mail it as an attachment to me, (problems please opening the document let me know). Don't forget to send in your check following #1's "DROP OFF" instructions. 3) Go modern and order On-Line. You will need to do a Family Registration* with Shopwithscrip & once this is done you can log-in and associate your membership with BVBB by using the Enrollment Code: 4L91B5F211263. Once you place an order at Shopwithscrip you may pick from 2 ways to pay: a) Write a check and send it in following #1's "DROP OFF" instructions OR b) Register for Presto Pay** and have the payment deducted from your bank account when your place your order. This option frees you from having to make sure your payment is delivered to the band room or the coordinators home but does cost $.39 each time you use it.
