The 16th is the only order date for June and July due to the Summer Break
Reminder: Please e-mail me if you are doing any ordering...I Only make a trip to the bandroom or check Shopwithscrip if an order is waiting for me!
Next Order Date(s): Saturday the 16th of June & Monday the 16th of July
Next PU Date for Paper Orders & Paper Checks: Because it is summer, If you are doing paper orders &/or check payments PLEASE contact me via my e-mail by the 13th to set up a meeting time...OR you may deliver your order/check payments to my house by 9 am the on the 15th. E-mail me to get directions to my home.
Next PU Date for Shopwithscrip/Presto Pay Orders: Place your order before 9 am on the 16th. If you use Shopwithscrip to place your order and Presto Pay for payment you have till 9 a.m. the day I place the Group's order but don't delay-you can place your order anytime before that!

Rivercats Concessions

 

We have been given the opportunity in conjunction with the Bella Vista Bronco (Athletic) Boosters BVBBC to raise funds by working Concessions at Raley Field.  This is a great option to raise funds. Potential earning are good but variable dependent upon the profitability of the nights sales. 

Shifts on May 25th have been filled by volunteers that attended the last Band & Auxiliary Booster Meeting. Volunteers should report to Raley Field by 4 PM. Sign-in at the door left of the ticket will call windows and ask for directions to concessions stand G. Your shift will be complete when the game ends and needed clean-up is complete (typically around 9PM). Requiresd dress is black pants, white shirt & comfortable shoes.  Rivercats shirt will be provided for you to wear.

We now have the availability to work three additional games in conjunction with other BV Booster clubs. These games are on May 27, May 28, & June 1. If you want to work any of these games please contact Michelle Harrison This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with BVBBC asap. Shifts will be filled with the first 18 volunteers. (8 willing to cashier, 8 willing to be runners, 2 managers to train)

If you are interested in working as a manager or assistant manager for Band Rivercats nights, please contact Edith Reynolds This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it asap.  Please be available to work and train at the game on Thursday, May 31 (6 volunteers needed).  Managers will be responsible for the cash box and inventory of the concession stand.

MANDATORY ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) TRAINING June 4, 2012 at Arco Arena 6pm.
This training is required for all who wish to continue working this fundraiser after June 4, 2012. If you have not been trained, you will not be able to work.

All Future games for Band & Auxiliary only, will be open for scheduling after June 5th. Please watch the website and emails for game/event dates and sign-up opportunities.

Camping with the Band Print E-mail

Come and camp with Mr. Moore and the BV Band Memorial Day Weekend (Friday-Sunday; Friday night and Saturday night). We have a youth group site reserved at Sly Park Recreational Area:

Check In is at 2:00 PM, Check Out is at noon. The group site is tent only and includes picnic tables, fire rings, and BBQ grills. Dogs are welcome, county leash laws enforced.

Many businesses offer matching contributions to those who give to United Way. A way to help support the band program is to donate to the band program through United Way.

Remember to bring in your used ink cartridges, cell phones and cans & bottles.  Collection boxes will be outside the band room before and after booster meetings each month. Recycling doesn't cost it pays!
